Matt was great with our kids. He responded on short notice and came over the night before to meet them and go over the routine. We wi Wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Matt was outstanding and you should work with him. When I first contacted Matt on Rover he responded almost immediately. From there, he made the time short notice—and during an off-peak hour to work around MY schedule—to come over and meet my dogs. I found this impressive and a testament to Matt's professionalism. He met my dogs with a soothing tone and they took to him quickly. He asked insightful questions about potential feedings; walking routes; treats; and inquired whether there was anything unique about my dogs that he should understand when taking care of them. After our meeting I booked Matt without hesitation. The day of his sitting Matt contacted me almost over an hour before he was supposed to arrive to ask about any last minute things I wanted to go over and, as with all of his messages, he was professional, upbeat, and courteous. Matt also provided updates on both the walks he provided my dogs that day with a picture. Finally, on the second walk Matt messaged me asking whether there was anything wrong with my one dog because she had not gone to the bathroom on either walk. I called him (as I was on the road) and he answered immediately. I updated him that she had a stomach bug and not to worry. He even told me the routes he took the girls on the walk. Matt respected my property, placed all of the dogs' gear back where I had left it and the placed the key back to the house where I had left it. I plan to book with Matt again, and I highly recommend you book with him too.
