Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of dogs, both my own and others, since I was a teenager. Whether my roommates or my neighbors, I’ve had to feed, walk, and generally care for all sorts of dogs and cats. I’ve also lived on farms with a wide variety of cats and dogs, so I’m familiar with all sorts of pet personalities.

I have a 3 bedroom apartment, with one of the rooms made into an office. We have a lot of space for pets to potentially curl up on, along with designated areas for food and/or litter. There’s comfy couches and chairs, or warm spaces for pets who are not encouraged to be in furniture. Happy to let dogs stay in bed with me, but also can provide designated comfy spaces for them if they are trained not to do that.

A typical day
I love playing with dogs around the house, especially tug with the rope toys I have around the house. I also love to bring them around to the different parks in my neighborhood to either give them a chance to run with other dogs or go for more solo play (or just a solo run-around-the-dog-park with the two of us if they are more solo dogs).

Availability
I’m currently a part time clinical intern, 3 days a week I am part time at my in person work. The other days of the week, though, I work from home and am available to take whatever time I need to take care of pets (walk, feeding, playing with the, etc.)
