Let me take your dog hiking!
Pet care experience
Ski instructor in the winter and love to stay active in the summer, have a schipperke mix of my own and would love to take your dog on a hike up mill creek canyon or another close by area for a hike! Get your furry friend some time in the great outdoors this summer! I've grown up with dogs of all sizes and have worked as a dog walker back in Seattle were I grew up. I'm also super happy to stop by and check on your furry friends if you go out of town for some camping or other summer fun, to throw a ball and give them some food/water and a treat or two! I've done some house sitting in the past as well so if that is something you would prefer I'm happy to water the plants, clean up a bit and even do some yard chores like mow the lawn, if you have any other pets I can take care of them too if you need, (feed the fish, yes I can!) and of course hang out with all your pets in their own home!

This was the first time I have ever used a pet sitting service and I did not regret it. I had to make a business travel so I could not take my dog with me. I was kind of worried about leaving my dog with a stranger but Matt gave me a great impression when he came along to meet Gunter. He was very accommodating and flexible with all the requests. The communication was great and he sent me pictures and updates of Gunter regularly and they seemed to have enjoyed their time together. I will definitely contact him again in the future.
Matthew was our first Rover sitter for our 14 week old bulldog puppy. I didn't want to use a kennel as she's still a pup and thought she'd be happier at home. I was nervous about leaving her for the long holiday weekend but Matthew was great. He has his own dogs and more experience with dogs than I do. He responded quickly to my texts and sent pictures. Stella seemed happy when we returned. I would definitely use Matthew again.
Matthew has been great to have come take care of my dog! My dog absolutely loves him and gets so excited when he see's him. He has gone above and beyond in not just taking care of my dog but also took it upon himself to water my plants and garden outside. He's very nice and sociable. I will definitely recommend him to others.
Matt is great with my dog! He watches her when I'm out of town and always makes sure she has a wonderful time. My dog is really attached to me and can get very stressed when I'm not around, but matt is patient with her and distracts her by keeping her active on hikes and play time at the dog park. I don't trust many people with my dog, but matt is definitely one of them! If you want to come home to a happy tired dog, the I highly recommend him!
