My wife and I have 2 dogs and 2 cats of our own. Our lab is 11 years young and our pit/bulldog mix is 5. My wife brought home the lab her senior year of high school and thought it was better to ask her parents for forgiveness rather than permission. He has been our baby ever since! The pit/bulldog mix she adopted 2 years ago as a foster fail while attending medical school in St. Louis. Our two cats came from our farm in Iowa. Our pets are treated like family and yours will be treated the same!

Matthew is a great guy! Punctual and trustworthy! We are definitely going to use his services again, he took great care of our beloved kitty Nala, was always on time and sent us a lot of pictures of her. Even being overseas we felt safe with leaving our cat to Matthew, he's great! Thank you!
This was our second time using Matthew. He’s great with our dogs, on time for scheduled visits, and he sends us regular updates while we’re away. Would absolutely use him again.

With 4 pets of our own, I am looking to do drop in visits, medication administration (my doctor wife makes sure I am extra knowledgeable with this!), as well as overnight stays in your home as needed. Also available for walking and can assure that your pets will be safe with me.

Availability
My wife is completing her medical residency at Northwestern Lake Forest. I moved to Gurnee in August and will be here until she completes her residency in a few years- plenty of time to get to know & care for your pet! I plan to return to Iowa to help with planting in the spring (end of March-May) and harvest (late September-November) but will be local throughout the year otherwise. I am no stranger to long days and going out in less than desirable weather conditions. I will be available 7 days a week as long as I’m not out of town helping on the farm.
