Hey! I'm Matt, a 31 year old dog owner who loves dogs. I'm available every day to hangout with your dogs and on some occasions even pet sit them. Dogs love me and I provide a great outlet for them to snuggle as well as play. I have a side dog sitting business and have run it for the past 7 years. I also have been around dogs since I was a child and understand that dogs sometimes need space to truly enjoy time around people. I look forward to meeting and playing with all the dogs. I hope they look forward to meeting and playing with me as well. Dogs truly are the best so let's talk about how amazing incredible your dogs are!

Matthew seemed nice and kept me posted throughout the stay, though when I picked up my dog he mentioned that he had an accident, due to Matthew deciding to work a double shift at his job. My dog can hold his bladder for a long time, so for him to mess in the apartment meant he was in pain from it and literally could not hold it any longer.
Matt is great. My dog isn’t the average dog. He doesn’t just go up to anyone. He has human trust issues. He went right to Matt with tail wags and I knew I picked the right person to care for my dude. Dog lovers recognize dog lovers. I could tell rover isn’t just for income for Matthew. I could tell he genuinely loves dogs and they love him.
My dog is often very stressed when boarding but Matt made sure he was comfortable for the entire week. Would book a stay again.
Watch out Caesar M.-my dog who normally doesn't get along with strangers at first loved him! Will definitely use again, Thanks Matt!

I would love to know the dog's level of social interaction and if it's a high energy or anxious dog. I understand that not every dog will feel comfortable being around groups of people or other dogs and want to be able to offer the best experience to both dog and owner. As far as breed, I don't have any preferences.
A typical day
I live in South Austin and regularly go walking on the Green Belt from the Spyglass entrance. I'm also a fan of bringing dogs to the various patios in Austin, but only if the owner is comfortable with their dogs potentially being around other dogs.
