If I could give Matthew a zero, I would. Things started out OK. Meet n greet went well. He seemed like a nice, easygoing, responsible guy. But I was wrong. When we met, I shared with him the general dates that I would need a sitter for my pup. He confirmed that he was free, and suggested that early December worked even better than late December. Fine by me. After a trial overnight went smoothly, i again confirmed his availability for December. He said he was free. After i finalized my travel plans, bought non refundable tickets etc., I sent over my Rover request ... That's when he tells me that he may or may not be available. What in the world?! He told me that he'd get back to me. I just now heard from Matthew -- 3 days before the booking would start. I'm obviously not going to book with Matthew ever again. Yes, he is a nice person, but from my experience, he is unreliable.

Matthew is great! Very friendly, calm disposition and very helpful. I booked very late, last minute and I felt more than comfortable, after one meet and greet, to leave Evie with him and his pups. When I picked her up, she was happy, healthy and content. Thanks Matthew!
