Growing up with a very high-energy chocolate lab helped me to overcome a dog mauling when I was young. After that I became the go-to house sitter and dog watcher to a friend with elderly pets, where I administered insulin shots to one pug two times a day. As a yoga instructor, I do my best to treat all beings with love, and I feel that dogs teach us every day how to love unconditionally. I love observing new dogs especially, learning what makes them comfortable and uncomfortable and adjusting my handling appropriately. I love finding the balance between warmth and assertion (dogs love kind discipline). I am available Wednesday through Friday during the week from 10-4. I love working with large dogs, especially Great Danes!
