I've had pets since I was about 5 years old. When I was around 12 years old I adopted my first purebred shetland sheepdog puppy. I raised him, trained him with my own intuition, training classes, and did the dog agility courses with him too. I've always had a very special connection to dogs and it's very rare a dog does not immediately come up to me or warm up to me very quickly. Over the past couple of years I have adopted cats and have very special connections to them too. For about 7 years of my life I lived on a horse ranch in Colorado and I was able to become closer to horses and learn more about them too. I love all animals and being around them, playing with them, and caring for them is one of the greatest joys and loves for me. For client's home I would like to know everything I can ahead of time about your animal friend and about your home. For example if they are the type that will dart out the door at any opportunity. I'm very careful either way and I'll do everything I can to watch them and make sure they are cared for. I would also like to know any dietary restrictions, special needs they have, routines you have with them, and if there's specific training you are working with them on so I can help support that as well. At the moment I have an online job for a car traffic app that I do on Friday and Saturday nights from my laptop and phone. It requires quick updates a few times a night. I am available for overnight stays those nights as I have plenty of time available to care for your pets. I care for pets in a client's home based on their instructions and the routines they have in place. I keep in touch and provide updates.
