The best guy! Matthew is amazing! We have been using him for a while now & is very polite and professional with a terrific attitude. Our doggie Spirit, is always happy every time we get home and we can tell he takes great care of her! He sends us pictures and is always on high alert for any concern! We will be using him for as long as we can. We Highly recommend him..

We met with Matt twice before our trip. He’s our 5th time with rover. We asked both times he was here what he likes for food, showed him everything he would need for the week to stay here and asked POINT BLANK if he would be living here with our doggies while we were gone. We always book house sitting. He was definite. Two days prior to the trip we text and asked again and he said “other than errands etc, that is always what I do”. Cooked food (meals) clean sheets etc for him to be comfy. I think there was something n the back of my mind that was concerned so I asked and asked again... When we got home we could tell our dogs had been alone a lot. None of the food we made for him was eaten, bed not messed with and our dogs were over the top anxious crying and had potties in the house (doesn’t happen)... neighbors came over two days later and asked about our trip. They told us that they felt bad that our doggies were here alone all the time other than an hour or two in am and another in pm. Basically our babies spent 8 days with minimal love and cuddling if what the neighbors here in our rv park saw was true.(I’m a traveling rn and we live n our rv) We noticed the few pics he sent were always about the same Time and had some uneasiness but what can u do from a ship? Then he said he had to leave before we got home. He said about 430. Neighbors said he arrived about 930 and was gone before 11. Our little pups are used to several outings a day and early am ...about 6, but were stuck alone n here n the dark for long period. We have heard this from several folks around us and since Matt didnt answer when we asked, we assume there is a reason... if he stayed here I apologize but we saw no signs of it. We reached out to Matt and asked exactly how many times he stayed here , waited 9 days...no answer... Won’t use rover again. No offer of a partial refund From rover no checking back on dogs nothing... very sad.. we liked Matt but something seemed off and now we know.
