Matthew was our very first Rover experience, and my wife and I couldn't be happier with how accommodating, compassionate, patient, and reassuring Matthew was throughout our entire experience: from the courtesy phone-call prior to reserving to picking up our pup slightly off of our proposed time frame. Matthew was extremely responsive to our messages and questions, very transparent with his experience and setup, and just overall a very friendly professional! At times, my wife and I felt like we were bombarding Matthew with questions or "by the way"s with our pup, but Matthew gladly and easily took them in stride and left us reassured. And, our pup, Shira, even as I'm writing this review the day after her stay with Matthew, is still happily passed out next to us - which, to my wife and I, means she had a blast! He even sent us picture updates without us asking! If this is your first time using Rover, or even if you're looking for a new Rover person, my wife and I (and our pup!) can't recommend Matthew enough!

Matthew went above and beyond taking care of my Quinn! He is a kind soul and Quinn took to him immediately. He sent me pictures and updates throughout the day. He took her to the park and made sure she was well taken care of. I was confident she was in great hands while in his care. I will definitely book Matthew again!
