Pet care experience
Since I moved to Philadelphia less than a year ago I have worked with over 200 unique dogs through the Wag! app. This includes dogs of all sizes, from toy dog to mountain dog, and dogs of all ages from puppies to older pups. I myself grew up around dogs and have had two beagles and a labrador in my family. Through those sweet girls I learned how to walk them and take care of them from a young age. Outside of my family home, my previous experience includes having worked for Animal Rescue New Orleans with dogs and cats of various temperaments. In addition as I grew older and went to college I often watched dogs for friends and coworkers at their homes and at my own home as well. Looking forward to meeting with you and your dog!

Matthew is great! We were new to the Rover process and he was so patient with all of our questions. He is very detailed in his report card, and not to mention sends the best pics of our pup. Most importantly, he is so good with our pup, we trust him whole heartedly- which is so comforting when we know we can’t get him during the mid-day breaks. Could not recommend more!
Matt is not only a wonderful person, but the biggest dog lover I know and AMAZING with my fur babies. He sends me constant updates to ensure that they're safe and having fun, and my dogs don't want to leave him when their time is up with Matt! I would trust my dogs with him any day. 10/10 would recommend!
Having known Matthew for the past 5 years, I can attest to his responsible and caring nature, as we were once roommates for 2 years. A typical day
I will take dogs for walks around their neighborhoods. If the dog is with me by my neighborhood we will certainly explore E Passyunk Ave! Depending on the dog, I will play fetch or tug of war with their toys if that is something they are interested in.
