Pet care experience
You know that random couple that has to stop and pet every dog they see in public? Ya, that's us. My wife and I seriously love all dogs! We also understand how important it is to have someone dependable running your house. Both our parents travel a lot and most of the time, we are left home to take care of the house. The list is endless; there is plants to water, mail to sort, and most importantly cute dogs that need food, water, and lovin. We would love to watch your dogs and house for you! We are very easy going, laid back, and fun. Chiarra (my wife) just recently graduated from BYU and I work here locally in Westlake as a truck leasing consultant. Our schedules give us lots of flexibility and freedom with our time. Having both grown up with pets/dogs, we know how important it is to be dependable and loving. With us, you can be sure your little fur balls will be cared for as if they were our own. if you ever need us we are always available . FaceTime too ;)! We look forward to meeting you and your pups! Pretty ideal when you’ve got two pups (a senior and a puppy) to learn that you not only get Matt, but also his lovely wife Chiarra as part of the deal, giving you even more peace of mind that your dogs will get all the attention they need. We needed sitters over the Christmas holidays (gah!) and Matt & Chiarra were kind enough to come for an in-person meet & greet, a pre-sit to make sure all went well, and then the actual house/dog sitting over the holidays. And they delivered - we returned home to two happy, healthy dogs, our home well taken care of, and even two surprises left on our Christmas tree: ornaments of our dog’s paw prints. These people should be cloned. Will unquestionably book again!
What a wonderful experience we had!! We have a very emotional dog that has difficulties when he's not with the family. We have tried several expensive trainers and kennels and always returned to find a very sick and distraught dog. The veterinarian advised us not to leave him but this is not always possible...so we left our dog with Matthew and his wife, Chiarra, and had a wonderful outcome! He was well taken care of did not end up sick!! He had daily updates with photos and videos of our dog playing and obviously very happy even so much that we wondered if he would even want to come back home. We love that he is not sick in a a kennel and gets to be part of their family while there. Our dog gets the love and attention that he needs. We have found a perfect fit for our dog when we leave out of town and highly recommend Matthew and his wife, Chiarra.
Matt and Chiarra were amazing. They looked after Mars for a week and a half. They sent regular updates, photos, videos and were attentive to him and his needs. Our kids loving getting the updates too. Made us feel Mars was in good hands - not just "generally," but every day. Actually, Mars was sad all day yesterday after we picked him up from Matt and Chiarra's. Looks like we're going to have to step up our game now at home!
Matt and Chiara were amazing dog sitters and just all around great people! They kept me updated about Remi and were extremely easy to work with! I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future!
