Matt is a great dog walker. He communicates very well, giving updates when he arrives and leaves. It is great to see photos or videos of my dogs when I'm at work. I trust Matt in our home and plan on using him for a while! He gives my dogs the attention they need and is very careful with them.

I have used rover several times and this was by far the worst experience. We hired Matthew to stop by to feed our dogs and let them out for dinner 3 nights. Everything was fine the first night and then things went downhill. The second night I noticed no check in had started around the time we had asked him to stop by. I messaged him just to let me know if there were issues and he said he was running late but would be right over. He didn't show up until 2 hours after our requested time and the picture I received was of one of my dogs in his crate. The 3rd night he just never showed up. I was out and didn't have my phone available so I could not check for the check ins, so I was not made aware until the next morning that my dogs were never fed dinner. although I was refunded for the third night, I find this booking unacceptable and I will not be booking with Matthew in the future
