Pet care experience
Since I was 6 years old we always had pets in the house growing up. From then up until I moved out a couple of years ago I was one of their primary caretakers and performed most of their routines. Since then I’ve been blessed enough to live with people that also have pets and have allowed me to assist in taking care of them. Currently I help my dad manage his two cats that live with him since he is often out of town.

This is Matthew's step-father and Matthew has been living with me since he was 10 years old. We had 5 dogs at that time and Matthew enjoyed caring for the dogs and loved playing with them and spending time with them. As the dogs got older, he was very loving toward them and administered medications when necessary with their various ailments. He was responsible for walking, feeding and watering the dogs and also took care of them when his mother and I would go out of town. I would recommend Matthew as a sitter and walker.
I'm Matthew's mother and am pleased to write this recommendation on his behalf. Matthew grew up with many dogs throughout his lifetime. We always had at least 2 dogs and have had as many as 5. Needless to say, these dogs required a lot of attention and Matthew was responsible for the care of the dogs. He walked them 2-3 times per day, typically 2 dogs at a time. He also played with them, fed them, hung out with them and tended to their needs. Matthew is a responsible and caring person and is also very fit and can endure long walks. He would be an asset as a dog sitter or walker.
Matthew is an amazing dog friend with endless energy for throwing the frisbee, playing tug of war, and lots of walks. My dog, Chase, is always overjoyed to see Matthew and brings his favorite frisbee to him immediately. Even though Chase can sometimes be slow to potty, Matthew has endless patience with his need to sniff everything before selecting the perfect spot. We couldn’t be happier with how much Chase enjoys his time with Matthew!

Availability
Weekdays all day and weekend evenings work best with my schedule. Preferably between 10 am and 8 pm as I have other pets to care for early in the day and late at night.
