I already LOVE your dog!
Pet care experience
We will go for fast or slow walks, whatever your furkid(s) like to do! I I work normal business hours ~ 7:00-5:00 I'm pretty good at throwing a tennis ball and can tug-of-war with the best of 'em! Belly scratches? You bet! I can brush your furkids teeth before bed and can do a darn good brushing. Here is why I'd love to hang out with your guy or gal...My last dog, Deuce & I were a certified Therapy Dog team who visited schools as part of the R.E.A.D. program. He and I visited a 2nd grade class monthly and the little tykes would walk a 96# German Shepherd Dog to the special reading room. He also worked with Autistic children ( I have a pretty neat newspaper article about him if you'd like to read about us). I miss him greatly (bone cancer took him a couple years ago) but I'm not ready to have another full time dog. If you'd like me to work with yours on the side, I would love to discuss further. He was sweet and very patient with my dogs. He helped them pull through when they were a bit anxious and was understanding. Plus they seemed like him right away. Will ask again
Matthew watched our Siberian Husky, Paley, for over two weeks this Christmas. He was amazing, and clearly a caring dog lover. His communication was excellent, sending photos of Paley nearly every day while we were gone, and when we returned Paley was very happy, well brushed (which is something we never do) and fit. We will definitely be using Matthew again for our next trip.
Matt is so awesome with dogs! He's firm so they know who's leading the pack but gentle at the same time. He's awesome with all sorts of breed and small dogs to big dogs. Your four legged friend will be in the best of hands during their time with Matt. He's also great at training dogs so if you are working on commands and would like him to carry on the training, he can do it.
