Ever since I first met him, Animals have always been drawn to Mathew's charming personality, we often called him the K9 whisperer. I recall a time when we were shopping for a new mattress on a bright summer day and in the parking lot we saw a poor little pooch locked in an older Toyota Prius (the newer kind, not the older model) and my Mathew waited by the poor dogs side while calling 911 and made sure the dog made it out safe. While he is a soft caring personality, he also has a strong brace side to him too. He is a member of the National Guard. He wanted to volunteer to help the rescue effort for Hurricane Irma, and would often call me to tell me how sad he felt for all the poor soft little puppers who lost their owners and he wanted to put them all in his home and give them a loving life until reunited with their heart broken owners. My little Foo Foo (teacup Yorkshire Terrier) is my life and I would die if anything were too happen to her, and every time I must go away on business, I give Mathew my full trust with her, in fact, sometimes it seems like she doesn't even want to leave his loving care!!! Mathew would make such an amazing dog walker and it brings a tear to my eye knowing he can serve his community in more ways than one.
