Pet care experience
Hello! I’m a Yale grad student and I love pets! I have taken care of my English Pointer since he was a pup, so I know all the the ins and outs of house-training, exercising, feeding, and caring. My experience includes caring for high-energy dogs like Pointers, Labradors, and Australian Shepherds, as well as being a patient and loving caretaker for older dogs and cats. I’m looking forward to meeting your lovely furry friend!

Matt was/is amazing! A true hidden gem or maybe not so hidden but either way I'm glad I found him. His immediate calming demeanor was just what my semi high strung energetic dog needed, as well as my timid cat. He was flexible, punctual, incredibly kind, and went above and beyond while caring for my fur babies. It made being away from them that much easier as my mind and heart were at peace. He also sent me lots of photos of them which always brightens my day when I'm away from them. I could not recommend Matt enough.
Our pup Oliver stayed with Matt for a doggy daycare visit for the first time, and we found Matt to be very sweet with a nice calm demeanor which was great for Oliver who was a little nervous. They went for a nice walk to a local park twice during the afternoon, and we received some lovely photos. I would recommend Matt to anyone, with the only exception being if you have an older dog because there are some stairs to navigate. A+ experience!
We love Matt! Matt has watched and walked Mollie, our Australian Shepherd, for years. He takes such good care of her and she is always so excited to see him. Both Matt and Mollie love the outdoors, they are always outside, running on the beach, taking a jog, and keeping active. We can’t say enough good things about Matt! Thank you!!
