Was good to message back, however the only photos that were sent were immediately from 7:30am in the morning. When I messaged to check in around 13:00 as I hadn't heard back anything at all by then, I was told all was good and that he has lots of photos, which I unfortunately never received. I left work early to go pick up my dog to find out that he was only walked on the street and that his dry food didn't looked like it had been touched since the morning even though it was near 16:00 by that point. There were inaccuracies where the price in search was £25, yet when going through to payment, it was £28, something that I see still hasn't been fixed. I took him for a walk in the park immediately after picking him up and he was full of beans, even though by that time in the day he gets very lazy. Overall, I'm glad my dog had company, however I am not confident he was properly engaged through out the time he spent over there.

Matt was great. He kept me updated at all time and looked after toto without any issue. He played with him, feed him and toto left super happy. I will of course ask Matt for help in the future.
