I’ve been a dog lover for life and more recently a cat lover as well. My partner and I are the loving parents to one cat and one dog and we love to spend time with them and find any other pets we can to play with. I owned a dog growing up, have lived with and cared for many dogs throughout my life, and have been a volunteer foster parent for PNWCDR for the past several years. I’d love to take your dog out on a walk, and if they are up for it a run of whatever distance you think they will enjoy. With our cat in the house I’d like to ensure that she feels comfortable with any dog friends that come over for the day, so making sure they are well suited to be around a cat is important to me.

Charlie is always excited to spend time with Matt and his pup Etta. He gets in quality puppy playtime, snuggles and walks. The photos from the session give a good overview of the activities for the day. Charlie comes home happy and tired.
Leo loves his walks with Matt and is so happy to be outside! We have much gratitude for Matt.
My dog had the zoomies once he got home but afterwards he slept like a rock! Thanks Matt

When other dogs come to visit my cat typically will spend the day in the bedroom until she feels comfortable with the new dog. My dog enjoys visitors and is pretty submissive. I like to make sure dogs new to me are on leash whenever we go outside until they feel comfortable with me and I’m positive they’ll have good recall when needed.

To ensure the comfort of my cat I want to make sure your dog is going to be accommodating to her and respect her space. If you aren’t sure how your dog is around cats, we can try it for a day and see how they mingle in a trial basis.
A typical day
I live in a house with a yard in Sultan, so we can stroll down to the water, enjoy some of the nearby parks to play fetch, or just hang inside the house. I enjoy running and would love to have your dog join me on some runs around town or on a nearby trail if they are up for it.
