Pet care experience
I’ve had a dog/s all my life. I consider myself a responsible dog owner. Currently my wife and I have a border collie (Finn) who is the family dog. We’ve had him since he was a pup. Finn is now 2 years old and full of energy, ready to herd sheep that we don’t have. He requires a good amount of attention and exercise to be a happy pup. Finn has quickly grown to be very sweet with other dogs, especially small dogs. Finn has lived with two cats his whole life so he is very gentle with small animals, except squirrels. He does not like squirrels. So he will absolutely love having another dog to play with. We recently had the pleasure of watching an 85lb golden doodle named Churro for 3 weeks. Finn and Churro became good friends. However, Churro is an older dog so he did not require as much activity and he required medications. We all took good care of Churro and welcome him back anytime and that is the same for your dog if you choose to board your pet with us.

Matt and fam took excellent care of my spoiled fluff ball, Smokey. He got plenty of exercise and was ready to sleep when we got home so I had a little time to get some other chores done.
I would absolutely leave my dog Maggie with Matt again! Matt took such good care of my dog while I was out of town. As soon as I saw how good he was with her I knew that I had didn’t need to worry about her while I was gone. When I picked Maggie up after my trip she talked the whole way home and then took a long nap. Thank you Matt for giving Maggie such a great time that I know she will be excited to come back to your house next time I need to leave her!!!
Matt did a phenomenal job caring for my boy Gatsby while on vacation. Having peace of mind knowing he was well taken care of helped with the relaxing part of vacations. Highly recommended!!
We left Churro with Matt and his family. Initially we were a bit apprehensive, as he has 2 cats and a dog, and our dog was not very comfortable around other pets, but they were friends in no time and he chased the cats only for a couple days, Matt said! ? Matt sent us pics and video clips almost everyday… took him to our vet for a bug bite and gave him his medicine. Matt took good care of him. We felt very comfortable leaving our dog with Matt, knowing he was well cared for and loved. We have left Churro with Matt a couple of times including once for as long as 3 weeks! Our dog seemed to have a good time. We plan to leave him with Matt again soon.
