Pet care experience
From my roots as a kennel assistant and general practice tech to now working at a top-tier level of nursing and medicine in a critical care setting, caring for animals has been my passion for the last 10+ years! I currently work at a specialty referral clinic and I'm more than happy to apply my experience into making your day at work or time away from home that much more worry-free. I work 3 days a week in the emergency and critical care department, which leaves plenty of availability for continuing pet care outside of my job. While I'm newer to the Rover platform, pet sitting has been a natural role I've taken for the entirety of my career in veterinary medicine and I'm now looking to do so in a more professional capacity. I feel uniquely prepared for whatever comes my way while I'm taking care of your beloved pet(s)...they will be in good hands with me!

I've known Matt for several years and would highly recommend him. I am a veterinarian and he is one of our nurses. He is highly skilled and very compassionate with our patients and owners. Because of this, I hired him to walk my own dog 3 times weekly and he has stayed at my home on multiple occasions to pet sit both my cats and dog. You won't find a more responsible and knowledgeable person to take care of your pets!

A typical day
Philly is full of open spaces and neat side streets...and I hope to explore them all with the company of your pet! I tend to steer clear of dog parks with a new pet friend but will happily oblige at your request. Playing ball or frisbee is also very fun!
