Hello, I am both a dog lover and proud owner of a one year old Labrador mix named Luna. I have grown up with, and cared for dogs my entire life. I am able to walk your dog and provide a safe outdoor and indoor environment for your pets to enjoy. You can rest assured that your dog(s) will be treated exactly as my own dog. I have assisted my sister who has boarded dogs aswell, and all members within the household have experience with dogs. My mother and both of my sisters are able to lend a helping hand, and there always someone home.

My dog SanSan stayed with Mathena for a couple of days. When dropping her off, she walked into Mathena’s house with her tail wagging. I got Daily updates with photos and when picking her up she was as happy as can be. I always know that when I leave her with Mathena she is extremely well taken care of. I can highly recommend Mathena.
I’m so happy I found my Mathena and her family. My dogs SanSan felt like home there and they took excellent care of her. She even get to play in the pool during a hot afternoon. Mathena sent regular updates with photos. They have a large front and backyard and plenty of space for the dogs to run around. I highly recommend her.

Mathena and her family are wonderful. We met with Mathena before boarding to ensure that my dog will get along with her dog. Afterwards we felt very confident that my dog would be in good hands. Especially since it’s not just one person looking after my dog but the whole family. I also liked that they have a big house with a front yard to play and run around. Mathena and I touched base 1X a day to ensure everything was going well. She sent me photos and videos and texted me updates which reassured me that my dog was getting plenty of attention and having fun. She felt comfortable giving my dog his medication and even kindly offered to bath her one day after a walk to the park. Mathena was very responsible, attentive and caring. I would gladly recommend her and her family to care for your pet.

A typical day
Your dog will enjoy running and playing in my home's fenced in yard. We have a porch with shade so that your pet can relax and enjoy the weather as well. During hot days we take out the kiddie pool for the pets to jump it!
