I grew up with a German Shepard named Dana who accompanied me in my explorations of the local forests in the town I grew up in. After a little cat intermezzo when we lived in New York I'm back to being a dog owner. We adopted Happy, a Dachshund Mix in 2014 and have loved her ever since. She completes our family which also includes my wife and my six year old son. I've been sitting friends' and neighbors' dogs over the years which was always easy to do since I work from home. I'm quite active, if your pet enjoys walks and hikes then I'm the man for the job. I go on walks around the neighborhood, go on hikes, or take the dog to the dog park. If your dog just wants to hang out I'll happily enjoy petting and feeding it just as much. I know that Happy would be, well, happy to have any kind of company that walks of all fours. She's a very sociable dog. I understand that your pet is your family and that they should be in caring, responsible hands.
