Pet care experience
Hey there! I’m Matalee and I’m hoping to make some new fluffy friends. Taking care of and being around animals has always been a passion of mine- to the degree where I worked a kennel attendant position at a veterinary office in California for over a year. I unfortunately moved and had to halt my vet technician training and leave my favorite job.. but I’m here in the South Hills now looking to make a few extra dollars doing something that is natural to me and hoping to build repeat clients. I’d love to run with your dogs too if you’re looking for a way to get their energy out and want to help me get my miles in (: I’m experienced with senior animals, medications and IVs, babies, and multiple pets at once. A bit of experience with training. Currently I’m the mama of two cats.

Matalee absolutely loves animals and she is so good with them. She's super trustworthy and responsible, you would have nothing to worry about if choosing her to watch your pets.
Mat has been exceptional with my dogs. They were both immediately drawn to her, I believe because they could sense how much she loved and respected them. She's great with communication too. I highly recommend her to everyone who cares deeply about their pets.

I’ll follow the routine and rules you already have established for your pet, and be sure to ask you for permission before changing anything. I’m excellent at reading their behavior and can adjust things per situation reliably.

A typical day
I’m a runner- so if you’d like me to exercise your dog around the neighborhood I’d love to! Otherwise I’ll be sure to enrich them with whatever they love to do!

Availability
I work 30-40 hours a week early in the mornings and spend a lot of time running.. but that’s it. I can drop in and hang out whenever based around my work schedule if you’re close!
