Mason was very helpful during our recent trip. He communicated clearly and effectively before and during our travels and our dog's stay with him. He was also kind to meet us beforehand to meet our pup, Logan. Our dog isn't always the most friendly with other dogs, and Mason was very accomodating for this last minute trip. 10/10 would recommend and use again!
Everything went fine up until the time I was delivering the dog and the cat. I could not find the address, nor could I reach Mason by telephone. I sent a couple texts but Received no answer. I was left high and dry with a plane to catch early the next morning. A terrible fiasco for me. Do not give this man business.
Nice young man, can tell he loves dogs and kept my wife and I up to date daily. Worth the price, nice house location and very responsive. Will use again, Thanks!
