Mason did a great job with our small dog. She had several issues relating to a recent injury which required maintenance medication that Mason administered. He gave me updates throughout the week and put my mind at ease while we were away. Thank you very much!

Mason is a really nice young man, but my house sitting experience wasn't so great. He did not follow my simple feeding instructions that I went over with him, wrote in my Rover profile, and left on a printed sheet for him. My dogs were fed double the amount of food, therefore I had no food left to feed them when I came home. The house smelled of stale urine, and I found urine on all (yes, ALL) the rugs the dogs had access to. There was a splattery mess in the microwave, and my kitchen shears are missing. There was so much dog poo in the backyard that it took me over an hour to clean it up (probably from all the over-feeding). I only received a set of pictures the very first day, but never again during the almost 2 week stay. I never received an unprompted status update; I had to text him to get one. I wish Mason luck in his animal career, but I will not be using him again for house sitting, nor can I recommend him.
