One of my dogs is 14yrs old and I have a pup as well. I have a ton of experience with all kinds of ages. I have been through a lot with my older dog and understand how careful and nurturing you must be. I love playing with both of them but its definitely two different personalities.

It's very important to keep your dogs happy and healthy. Having a consistent time of when to take your dogs out is great as well as keeping them entertained. I like to get my dogs out typically every 4hr with 6hr being the longest. I wouldn't say dogs are exactly like humans but in a way they are and it's important they feel cared for.
