Maryn is great! Sent lots of pics, which I love, and kept in touch that Bailey had eaten all of her dinner (which doesn't always happen), etc. Highly recommended!!

It makes me very sad to write this review. We found out the evening before a 4 days trip out of town that our dog was sick and contagious to other dogs. We could not take her with us. We found Maryn at the last minute on Rover and requested overnight boarding in our home for 4 nights. She knew our situation and knew our dog was sick and knew this was an overnight job in our home. She told us she was free. When she picked up the keys, she informed us she could not stay over that night. We were thrown off by this, but there was nothing we could do at this point. She said she would be there early the next morning. We let this slide. She must not have known we could see when she comes and goes from our security system (even if it's not armed). She did not show up for 2 of the 4 nights we requested. Our dog had never been alone overnight. On 2 occasions she gave our dog 30-40 minutes of attention in a 15-20hr time span. Both times I had to contact her and make arrangements for local friends to come and drop in on our dog. We were really excited to find Maryn - an aspiring vet who volunteers at the spca. We were so disappointed in how this turned out. She sends lots of photos and keeps in contact with you often - so if you couldn't see when she comes and goes, you might never know she wasn't giving your animal the attention you requested. I felt like I had to babysit her for the 4 days. We currently have a claim filed with rover - they give the sitter 6 days to respond and she has not responded. She does seem to love dogs - and when she was here she did take great care of our dog.
