Pet care experience
I just moved to Quebec City and I would love to spend time with your pet. I am a wildlife management biologist, but I am currently a fulltime student to obtain a professional certificate. My studies are entirely online, so I have a very flexible schedule! I am originally from France and have lived in Canada for over 10 years. I am trained as an animal health technician, a profession I practiced in France. I have worked on animal conservation projects in the field in several countries around the world. I am very active and I often walk, but I would rather walk with your dog! Je viens de déménager à Québec et j’adorerai passer du temps avec vos toutous. Je suis biologiste en management de la faune mais je suis présentement en train de suivre une formation en ligne. J’ai donc un emploi du temps très flexible ! Je suis originaire de France et je vis au Canada depuis plus de 10 ans. J’ai une formation de technicienne en santé animale, profession que j’ai exercée en France. J’ai travaillé sur des projets de conservation d'animaux sur le terrain dans plusieurs pays du monde. Je suis très active et je marche souvent mais je préfèrerais marcher avec vos compagnons poilus !

Marylise is a wonderful person who clearly has a sincere love of dogs. Our pup was happy spending time with her, and we were thrilled with her flexibility in terms of time, as well as her exceptionally pleasant personality.
We’re delighted. Our dog Olivia enjoyed the walk and company. Felt comfortable and safe. We had a great visit to Quebec and Olivia is still wagging her tail.
We thought our dog enjoyed his stay he was very relaxed upon his return- exactly as the photos of him enjoying his belly rub. As pet parents we felt comfortable from the moment of hand off. Marylise just seems to know dogs . We saw that just in the way she greeted our dog. She gets a full paws up from us!
Marylise was great as a dog sitter while we were in QC for a long weekend. We had a dog friendly hotel, but couldn't leave or dog alone in the room which made meals and some of our planned activities a challenge. We used Marylise as a dog sitter for 2 days and it worked out perfectly. She was easy to communicate with, quick to respond, met us at the hotel for exchanges, took Loki for long walks, was super flexible with our uncertain schedule, and was generally just great. I was worried that Loki wouldn't want to go with her the second day when she'd know what was coming, but she was obviously excited to see Marylise and we had no issues at all. Highly recommend Marylise if you're in QC.
