I often dog sit my friend's dogs & grand dogs. I love the idea of visiting w/ dogs & giving them exercise, fun & comfort! I'm one of those "crazy about animals" people. I think dogs are so intelligent and have feelings, they need company during the day, if they are alone. I include a free meet up appt., so your dog knows me before I just show up. This allows me to take notes about any special care or concerns, favorite activities, etc. I am concerned with the emotional as well as physical needs for animals. I am a retired Kindergarten teacher, so I am flexible during the day! I taught for 20+ years, so I can give lots of references! I would like to keep hours from 7 to 4:00pm, but will make exceptions. **My drop in "additional rate" for cats is $5 per each cat.

Maryann was a trooper and got my Puggle to walk although he is loathe to leave me for even a minute. I had spinal surgery and am bed-bound, and Maryann took control and got the pups taken care of like a champ.
