Pet care experience
I am a freelance writer who loves dogs! I currently have 2 sweet, playful dogs who love making new friends. They are both rescues, so I have extensive experience with training and am comfortable handling various issues. I am highly knowledgeable about best practices for walks and training, and I love playing tug o war, fetch and other games. I believe in communicating with dogs in a way they'll understand and meeting them on their level vs trying to impose our human world on them. All breeds and sizes are welcome!

Maryam was incredible. I had to book last minute and she was flexible enough to take Winston. Winston is always good with new people but can get a little sad whenever I'm gone. Mryam sent me multiple pictures showing how well Winston acclimated to her home. Next time I go out of town, I'm certainly booking with Maryam again.

Maryam has watched my dog, Monte, for years and is such a trust worthy, caring and loving dog sitter. She treats my dog as if he were her own and it shows. She's very sensitive to my dogs' needs, even though it can be tedious. She also keeps up to date on training techniques. Leaving Monte behind when I travel or work is always hard but it makes it much easier knowing he's in good hands, I can't recommend Maryam enough!

A typical day
I'm happy to take the dogs to the park to socialize or on a long walk if needed. I live near a few parks and will be happy to take your dog out to explore. My two dogs will also play with them a lot.

I often work from home and have a flexible schedule, so I can make anything your dog needs work! I walk my dogs four times per day plus an hour of play at the park. I'm happy to bring your dog along!
