I absolutely LOVE dogs. As early as I can remember, I have had a dog. One of my favorite past times is to take long walks with a dog. On cold or rainy days, there is something special about curling up with a dog, scratching it’s tummy, and enjoying time together. Your fur baby will enjoy playtime, treats (with your permission), walks and, in general, be spoiled rotten. Many of my return canine visitors become very excited at the mention of my name or when they see their bags being packed. They run to greet me when they see me, with a “see ya later Mom or Dad“ attitude. I have always had a special bond with animals, dogs in particular. I believe a dog's heart is pure which is why they give us their unconditional love.

Mary, Oscar, and their beautiful pups were such wonderful hosts to my dog, Maddie! I was so grateful to know that Maddie was in such good hands while I was out of town. They gave her so much love and care, and she had an absolute blast playing with her new friends! Thank you!
Both of our dogs absolutely loved Mary and we felt so comfortable with our fur babies in her care. She even sent pics which our family loved to see while we were away.

We have a shaded fenced yard with plenty of room to run and play. Our pups enjoy meeting and playing with everyone. We do not accept aggressive dogs to ensure everyone's safety. We separate the little guys from the larger pups to make sure no one gets stepped on or accidentally hurt When pups are outside, we are always outside with them to supervise.

It's important we know of any physical problems with an animal (arthritis, allergies, etc) we care for so that we can accommodate them to make them comfortable.
A typical day
I have nice sidewalks to take a walk with your dog. I know all of the fun puppy games. I have a wading pool available for summertime fun. We have frisbees, balls, and all sorts of safe toys for dogs to play with inside or out. Dogs who have stayed with me come running to me as soon as they see me, eager to go hang out with their friends and meet new friends.

I am retired which gives me plenty of time to cuddle, play with, love and care for fur babies. I can't imagine life without animals.
