I love dogs and have been frequently called "a dog whisperer " as they seem to also love me. I am a recently retired registered nurse and know how difficult it is to be a dog owner and work. I understand the need to be both conscientious and flexible. I am very healthy and active and love to walk. I lost my 15 year old dog Maggie one year ago and am ready to share the love that I had for her with new families and friends. I live in a wonderfully walkable neighborhood and am very close to a beautiful Metropark trail. I have had a small, medium, and large dog and am comfortable with all. Most importantly, I understand how important it is to have someone care for your family member like you would.
