Pet care experience
I am a special education teacher and single mom looking to use my love of animals to bring in some extra cash to support My small family. I have had animals all my of my life from ponies to guinea pigs. I love them all. Dogs hold a special place in my heart and I would Love to fulfill this with daily doggie interaction! I currently have a cute 7 year old cat named Sammy who would rather stay home while I visit with my canine friends. He’s not interested in inviting a dog into the family so this service would be a perfect way to have dog friends while allowing him to maintain his status quo at home. I love walking, hiking, lounging, and playing with pups of all sizes.I also don’t mind bathing dogs if all the supplies are there.

Mary was our first experience using Rover and she set a very high bar. Our new puppy had only been with us for one day before Mary started helping us with drop ins for potty training while we were at work. As a teacher and a mother, Mary is kind, loving, understanding and patient, which are all the things we were hoping for in someone to trust with our new pup. Indie loves her and so do we! Cannot recommend her enough!
I’ve known Mary for years and have known her to be the biggest animal lover. She has owned and fostered dogs and loves taking long walks and hikes with them. She is extremely responsible and always makes sure the dogs are happy and healthy

A typical day
I love to hike trails, walk the estuary, the beach, practice moderate training on walks, and play rough. I love big dogs as well as small dogs. I’m happy to take them on drives to the park. My Boys (age 11 and 14) love dogs too and are happy to help on walks. I am also into taking care of any other types of pets as well.
