she held my puppy for three weeks and took amazing care of her!! i got consistent pictures and updates on their day and she bought he treats and toys and did amazing walks!! 100/10 highly recommend will be coming back :)

Mary seems perfectly nice and I don’t know why I seem to have a different experience than the other reviewers, but I feel it’s only right to be honest- for both me the client, as well as the sitter. I think my dog probably had a good time, but I really don’t know. There was a lot of mystery to this entire experience. I was asked to drop off 3 hours later than the time we originally planned, and was asked to do so last minute after never getting back to me the night before. The drop off address was at a completely different side of town- and the address on the profile is incorrect. So total, there are three “locations”, although I think one is not used- really not sure. It was great the she offered to pick up my dog since I couldn’t fit driving to other side of town in last minute- but it sure felt weird putting my dog in a stranger’s car and really not knowing where she was staying after that. I was told an apartment, but that’s not what I had in mind since the profile shows a nice fenced in yard. Even if the apartment was for only part of the day- that should have been communicated prior to booking, as well as the time change. Not to mention the real address. On that note, a pic update I got showed my dog in someone’s front yard, running with no fence in sight, and the street right in front. Communication was not good- I had to ask for pic updates daily & didn’t get any response until hours upon hours later- that really made me nervous bc I really didn’t know where my dog was. I never saw a pic of her in any yard or in the house from the profile pics. My dog came home with fleas and threw up twice in the two following days that I got her back.Overall, it was not a good experience, and I didn’t feel comfortable with anything that happened. Since I was out of town, I just had to hope my dog would be ok, not run off, be left in a car, etc. I just wish there was more honesty and transparency. The whole thing just made me very uneasy. That doesn’t seem to be the experience for others- but this is just what happened to me. I hate to leave a bad review but I wasn’t the only one who felt this way- a family member of mine also left her dog at the same time and we share the same feelings. I hope whatever is going on, that things get back to normal and the next person has a positive experience, as the other reviewers seem to have had a great experience.
