Pet care experience
I am a WFH professional by day, and an animal lover by night :-) I’ve been helping local families with their pet sitting needs through Rover for over 5 years now and have had a blast getting to know your furry family members. In this realm, I really believe you get what you pay for, and I do my best to love & treat your buddies the same way I do mine. I have a large dog (rottie/pit mix), and two cats, so I get the trepidation involved in picking the right person to let into your home. I have always had an affinity for animals, and they love me! Even cats ;-). You'll also get pictures/videos/text updates from me. I love photography as a hobby, so I try my hardest to get really good photos of your animals, as well. My goal is to make your time away from your pets as stress free as possible!

Mary and Maddie became best friends! Mary kept us completely informed and sent photos from each drop in visit. She even cleaned the litter box without us asking, swept up the litter, and gave Maddie her meds. We feel like Mary is now part of the family!!!

I try to make your dog or cat feel as comfortable as possible. For the safety & comfort of both my pets and yours, I do not offer pet sitting in my own home. I believe a pet feels most secure in their own environment, even if it means a sitter comes & goes to check on them. This is based on the basic nature of animals’ connection to their den and tribe.

Please let me know if your pet has any fears, idiosyncrasies, or if they’re reliant on a particular routine. This will help in their adjustment to me and will lesson the amount of time that they consider me a “stranger.” I’m happy to care for cats only, as well. Litter boxes are no stranger to me!
A typical day
If walks are a part of your dog’s routine, we can discuss. I love playing with your pups in your backyard until they’re wiped out! I make it a point to always have treats and water handy!

I work from home full-time, so my schedule is pretty flexible. Note: I am a single mom, so late evening visits are rarely possible for me.
