Hi! I have had cats and dogs throughout my life and have always been a giant animal lover. I currently have a large dog named bubba who is my literal baby. I am currently transitioning between grad school and working. I have experience caring for and checking on dogs of various sizes and have watched/walked the dogs of friends numerous times. As a dog owner, I know how important it is to know that your pet is being cared for while you are away and I will ensure that is the case for any animals that I am responsible for (dog pics!). I am fairly flexible with time currently as I am finishing my dissertation. This enables me to effectively provide for the needs of your pet! I can run with your dog, walk them, take them to the dog park, play fetch, or all of the above please just be explicit in what you are looking for because my rates will differ depending on your dogs own needs to ensure a fair transaction for both parties. I have a large yard for New Orleans and I think most dogs really enjoy exploring it. Please let me know what your expectations are for pet care and if your dog requires any special treatment/needs. If he/she is high energy let me know so I can plan accordingly and accommodate. My overnight rate is for 24 hours from the drop off time. Please be explicit when you will drop off and pick up prior to agreeing on the booking. I have a two hour flexibility on either end however past two hours on the pick up I require a daycare fee as well in order to incentivize picking up your dog at the correct time so I am not waiting around for you and this also buys an additional walk or activity. In addition, I can only guarantee one walk/run/dog park visit per day or stay. Please let me know if your dog has a preference for their activity. If your dog requires more than this or long walks please let me know as this will require an additional charge since it requires more of a time commitment from me. Communication is key to ensure your dog gets what he/she deserves!
