Mary was great! She was able to help us out last minute and all 3 of our fur babies loved her! We’ll definitely use her again for housesitting.

Unfortunately we had several issues with Mary. I'll start off by saying that Mary was able to accommodate a last minute request for an extra night of house sitting. We were thrilled and grateful. However, we had several issues during the time Mary house sat for our 2 year old chocolate lab. (1) We have cameras throughout our house. We told Mary ahead of time that she should feel free to turn off the camera in the bedroom. We use the cameras to peek at our dog during the day and to make sure the house is secure (we have a cleaning service and maintenance people in and out of our condo). Upon initial arrival Mary turned off the camera in our kitchen, and subsequently the cameras in our dinning area and living room. I understand not everyone is comfortable with cameras, but we have them for just this type of situation. A new person in our home. (2) Before Mary flipped down all the cameras we saw that she had a male companion spend the night with her. We have had other dog sitters ask ahead of time if their boyfriend could spend the night, and we always said that was fine. However, we did not appreciate her brining people into the condo without asking first. (3) We left a detailed scheduled for Mary, which was not followed. She was gone every day and didn't return to walk/feed Kooper until 7pm or later. (4) Finally, upon our return we found the kitchen a mess, some sort of jam stuck on the counter, grease on the stove, and our food (beer, soda, snacks) eaten. I can see how Mary would do well with people that were maybe less ridged about their home, but she was not a good fit for us.
