Hi there, I'm Marysabel, i’m a photographer and a huge dog & animal lover. I have been walking and sitting dogs and cats for the past 10 years in the Bay Area. I started working with dogs because I was missing my own dogs very much which I had to leave with my mom when I moved to the Bay in 2011. I have had pets all of my life, about 5 cats, and 20+ dogs from tiny breeds like a chihuahua to Borzois. I have volunteered with the dogs at the SF SPCA, trained my own dogs for dog shows and agility, and now have worked walking and sitting dogs at other's people places. I'm great with any breed and any size. I have a dog nowadays (Yay!) which is Ava is the black and white furry dog in my photo. I'm clean, tidy, easygoing, friendly, and responsible. I love both dogs and cats, they are always amazing and I treat them all as if they were my own.

Mary goes above and beyond. I needed an extra day at the last minute and she graciously accepted. She also a great photographer so you will have beautiful photos of your pet.

Mary is INCREDIBLE!! She went above and beyond in every aspect! At our first meeting, Mary gained our cat's trust so quickly and was already playing and getting head bumps. We could truly relax while we were gone knowing that Mary was taking care of our cat. Mary took pictures and gave detailed descriptions of her time as well as being upfront with any questions she had. We will 100% be booking with Mary again!!

During the boarding of your pet I’m often at home monitoring the interactions with my dog and making sure they are safe, happy, and always have fresh water. I recommend you bring your dogs bed as that will give them a little slice of their own space while staying with me. If anything ever comes up in their behavior I’ll contact you with questions but in general we will just have a good time and create a schedule based on what you tell me their schedule is usually like. Although I’m currently not actively pet sitting when I do I know it helps pets with their own anxiety during your absence, so I will just make sure to read their cues and give them exactly what they need until you are back.

If they are friendly or not, any medical conditions such as a food allergies or medications they may need, and if they are triggered by certain kind of activities like kids, cats, or people in skateboards/bicycles/scooters, etc
A typical day
Usually I meet with you and your pet previously and we chat about their personality and needs. After you have decided on the days you need help, ill take care of your pet based on your requests and recommendations and keep you updated. If it’s a dog, your pup and I will hang out until you come back, We’ll go on walks around your neighborhood and if you are ok with your dog going to dog parks or riding in the car with me, we might do that too. If it’s a cat I’ll play with them if they want and just hang out.

I’m available in a limited capacity for pet care at this time. Ideally I want to be able to build a roster of furry friends but I’m ok with last minute requests. I truly enjoy working with animals.
