I am a part of a dog-loving family! I have a maltese and a rescued mixed breed who spend their days taking long naps inside and frequent jaunts in the backyard to chase squirrels and balls, or just sunbathe. I sometimes foster dogs waiting to be adopted, and our two do a good job socializing them. Your dog would get to play with ours and get lots of love and attention from our family. Because our rescue dog tends to be submissive, we'd prefer not to take dogs over 45 pounds or she might get scared. Neither she nor our maltese are aggressive, and they get along well with other dogs. We have hardwood floors throughout, so if your dog has an accident here or there, it's not a problem to clean it up. I work from home, so I am usually around to let them out frequently.
