I've been pet-sitting since I was 12, and have been involved in the rescue community for almost as long. I have years of experience caring for just about every size and temperament of dog, from giant poodle to Pomeranian, and I come with great references. (My dog thinks I'm pretty awesome, too.) I specialize in young and high-energy dogs - I lead an active life and will happily take your dog out for a run, hike, or just a jaunt to the dog park. My own dog (4 years old, spoiled, female rescue mutt) gets about two full hours of exercise per day, as well as lots of playtime and cuddling. Repeat customers receive discounts on stay packages, as do seniors and veterans! TRAVEL/IN-HOME RATES For new customers, my rates start at just $30 a day for the basic adult dog travel package - morning walk, evening walk/run/dog park trip, totaling 60-90 minutes of exercise daily. This includes meals and any necessary oral medications. I am willing to travel up to 25 miles away; however, be aware that I may charge extra to cover gas/mileage. Unfortunately, I cannot stay overnight in your home. DOG WALKING I offer individually packaged walks, runs or trips to the dog park; rates depend on your dog and your location, but generally will range around $15 per trip. EXTRAS I ask that your dog be responsive to his or her name, for safety reasons. I also do require that all dogs be treated for fleas/ticks, especially if you want me to take your dog on a reservation run! Please let me know if your dog has any dietary restrictions or allergies. I provide Zuke's mini training treats, and have a variety of other treats on hand. I'm happy to accommodate special requests, within reason - contact me to discuss pricing. I'm open to negotiation!
