*please note: Monday through Friday I am only available before 8:30am and after 5:00pm* I was my neighborhood’s go-to pet sitter growing up (dogs, puppies, cats, kittens, bunnies, ferrets, lizards, birds, you name it). I have three cats of my own, and will surely be getting a pup when the time is right. I’d love to give you peace of mind about the well-being of your animal friends — thank you for considering me!

Mary is a fantastic pet sitter! She took great care of my 4 cats, lizard, and hamster! She was friendly, knowledgeable, responsible, communicative, proactive, and also SO loving towards my animals! She was able to administer eye medication to our cat which was a huge help, and she is definitely a cat whisperer! One reason I don’t have a dog of my own right now is because I fully understand and acknowledge how important it is to have time and love (capacity) for our little family members. I adore my three cats and (my partner and) I make sure they each get enrichment and love each day. I promise to do the same for your pets, and to only make myself available when I can fully commit to their well-being!

Please let me know if you pup/feline has any special needs. I’d also love to know about leash manners (no-judgement zone!) and if I have your permission to take your pup for a car ride or hike (if boarding / house sitting).
A typical day
For dogs: Walks! Tug of war! Smelling all the things. Charlottesville is such a perfect place for any type of dog, and I will both mentally and physically stimulate your pup each day. For cats: play time and cuddles of course, but also giving your felines the distance and space they require.
