Animals have had a special place in my heart ever since my 3rd birthday, when I got my first dog. Over the years, my passion for animals has grown stronger. I got 2 cats for Christmas in 2016, a white lab for my 17th birthday, and another white lab for my 18th birthday. Every day at school, I looked forward to coming home and walking my dogs. Leaving for college, was one of the hardest things ever, given that I had to separate from my dogs. Over the years, I dog sat for many people in my hometown. I always looked forward to this opportunity. It is so easy to build a connection with an animal. The love, patience, and time needed to care for a dog is so easy to display when you love what you are doing. Since I am far from home, I would love nothing more than to get the opportunity to love on other people's animals.
