PUPPYLove Pet Sitter and Behavorist

Pet care experience

PUPPYLove Pet Sitting In Prescott, Copper Basin, Hassayampa area, Prescott Lakes area in Arizona: Give your beloved pet a loving and happy care experience during your absence, trip, hospitalization, temporary move, work travel. Flexible pet care options Description: Newly retired and energetic lady who has an academic background from Animal Behavior College. I've never met an animal I didn't love. Auburn University graduate, War Eagle!, that has the time and resources and love to care for your pet when you need a surrogate for your presence in your animal's life. I own my home in Prescott, have an SUV Equinox LTZ for transportation, and I can travel wherever you live within 8 miles of Prescott. I currently do not have any pets now, as I lost Sugar my 13 yr old Sheltie rescue. So now I have ALL my time to devote to your babies and puppies and goofiest and cuties. It's all about you and your family pets!! I take my doggies to the dog park every day. We love to go hiking and walking as a pack and it creates a friendly socialization experience that enhances every dog's behavior. I took all the academic courses, scored in the 90th percentile from Animal Behavior College. (2009) First of all, I've always had pets in my life. Always had a dog, my father enjoyed rescuing dogs. Volunteer for Yavapai Humane Society. For four years, I was the sole caregiver for my parents with Alzheimer's and Parkinson's and kept them in their home where they had lived for over 50 years. This taught me extreme patience and reliance on God's grace. Other experience: I have owned horses, an Arabian gelding, and a quarter horse colt that I trained. I have owned a National Show Horse, Carbon Copy, that was Reserve National Champion in driving. I trained with John Lyons, Robert Redford conferred with him making "The Horse Whisperer". Learned training techniques of Parelli Horsemanship from a Parelli trainer in the Prescott area. I fostered a Blue-fronted Amazon parrot and an African-Grey parrot for a year for a friend. I had two golden retrievers for 13 years for my boys and adopted two rescue Shelties that were my constant companions for 13 years. I consider the wildlife in my backyard as my responsibility to provide an environment that allows them to thrive naturally. Of course, I have several bird feeders and a birdbath. Why I love dog sitting It started as one of my earliest memories. About the age of three, I crawled into my neighbor's doghouse where their dog had given birth to a litter of puppies. I just felt like part of the family and just loved those little precious creatures. I fell asleep and stayed there until the neighborhood was looking for me. My parents were worried sick, but I woke up and came out from my surrogate family, happy as a lark. My experience administering medication Yes, I have administered insulin twice a day, using a syringe, to one of our elderly dogs. My rescue Shelties also had cancer medications each at different times at the end of their lives, and I used several methods to fool them into taking their meds. This year I traveled to Honduras on a mission trip and assisted 12 of the veterinarians in working with dogs, horses, and cattle.

Mary was Awesome! My Doggies were very comfortable with her. When we met with Mary to see if everything would work out, I was very surprised on how my Dogs reacted to her. Mary gave them time to get comfortable and they acted as if they knew her, it was reassuring for me. This is only the third time I have left my Dogs with any one in 10 years. If you are looking for someone to trust with your furry friends I highly recommend you consider giving Mary the opportunity, you will not be disappointed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mary arrived on time for our "Meet & Greet" and our two dogs were immediately at ease with her, as were we. During Mary's time with our Boys, she took them on a walk and fed them dinner per our direction. She also texted us with verbal and pictorial updates of their walk. We look forward to using Mary again when the need arises. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of pet sitter.

There are not enough nice words to say about Mary.We have 3 dogs and we never leave them That results in my husband and I traveling separately. This should give you an idea of how picky we are. Mary is absolutely wonderful. She was so loving to our dogs and they responded to her immediately.I was still a little nervous leaving them but Mary gave us updates everyday and included pictures. When we got home our dogs were happy and calm and learned a few new things.I unselfishly share this review because I intend to always call on Mary when I need to leave my precious babies I will book early.Thank You Mary !

Information Mary B. would like to know about your pet

I enjoy the larger breeds just because that's what I have always had as pets until recently. My husband had two miniature dachshunds and they are the sweetest lap dogs. I need to know the dogs' history and social skills, favorite toys, what motivates their pet--some pets are motivated by food, some by toys, some by attention. Each dog is unique. I need to know their schedule, what their exercise routine is and their needs for play.

A typical day

Time I'll spend with your dog It depends on if I'm sitting the dog in the home overnight, then most of my time would be focused on the dogs needs. The alternative is a house call. That's less expensive and fits in with some people's budgets better. I'm willing to make a house call planning on at least one hour a day. I plan on spending time walking the dog, feeding, socialization as needed, it depends on what the dog requires as far as energy levels, age, and size. I consider your desires and what your dog needs to be happy and healthy. Extra house-sitting services As long as it's reasonable. I once helped an elderly lady with her plants when I was sitting. She had no less than 100 plants in a sunroom and throughout her house. I learned my lesson-- So a reasonable number is fine.
