Pet care experience
I have owned and cared for pets all of my life and cannot imagine life without them. To be honest, I wouldn’t choose a life without them. In my lifetime, I have raised and cared for 3 cats and 8 dogs (one dog was completely deaf from birth) I am a seasoned veteran when it comes to caring for animals and know what it is like to fall in love with a pet. I often feel like I love animals more than some humans 😁 I guarantee that I will take fantastic care of your fur babies and treat them just as I treat my own pup! You will never be disappointed with the fun and support that I will provide to your pet. First I will only accept one dog at a time or 2 dogs from the same family. I do not have a huge amount of dogs staying with us! I do not use crates unless the owner prefers it. Your dog will be in my home with me and my mellow yellow lab, Sam! Every dog loves Sam! Dog beds are welcome and if your dog is a snuggler it may jump on the bed and sleep next to my dog :) I have a nice sized, FENCED-IN yard for the pups to play. I must say - I have a cool home for doggie vacations 😎

I would like to know about your dog’s temperament, I cannot accept aggressive dogs. Please tell me if he/she is house broken, spayed/neutered and up-to-date on vacacinations please. Thank you!
A typical day
We will go on walks on my many neighborhood constructed trails and I have a huge, temperature controlled basement, where we can play with toys! My pup will want to play with your pet for most of the time in my home, so lots of exercise! If your dog is a bit of a couch potato then we can accommodate that as well !

Availability
I am currently working from home 8:30 -5:30 pm, so I am typically home all day. When I do need to go into the office, my very capable, dog loving friend will help me for dog potty breaks and letting the dogs run and play outside in the yard weather permitting. She stays with the dogs for an hour around lunch time. She will also also return in the afternoon if f needed. PS: I NEVER let the dogs outside alone even though my yard is completely fenced-in. I will always be outside with our dogs.
