I have owned dogs all my life. I currently provide pet sitting for my friend's dogs when he is out of town. I have a senior Chihuahua. All my pets are in good health, up to date on vaccinations and seen every 6 months by their vet. My dog is social with visitor pups. The cats usually go to the basement when strange dogs are in the house. I have a stash of dog toys and keep healthy treats on hand. I love playing with dogs. Napping with them is nice too. All my floors are hard wood or ceramic tile to make cleaning accidents easy. I am retired. I am in my home 24/7. When I have a Rover.com guest I never leave him or her alone. I play with guest pups. I have a secure fenced yard for outdoor activities. I feed pups twice a day with food provided by my Rover.com clients. Guest pup(s) may sleep with me if the pup wishes.

Let me know if your dog has any special needs or unusual behavior. I cannot handle any dog over 15:pounds as that is my limit for lifting. I prefer small breeds.
A typical day
I keep a large supply of dog toys if a guest pup wants to play. I enjoy tossing a squeaky ball either in the yard or house depending on weather.

I'm retired and home 24/7. Rover.com guests can expect full time attention and interaction. Sleeping with dogs is great. I enjoy the cuddling and find the guest pups are more calm if in bed with me.
