Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of my Yorkshire Terrier (Parker) for two years. He’s my first official dog. Yet, over the years, I’ve watched my friend’s dogs if they were out of town, these dogs ranged from labradoors, pitbull mixed breeds, and shin tzus. My friends trusted me to feed, walk, and play with their dogs. I’m comfortable being around any dogs and will treat them like they were my own dog.

Mary Ann is the best! She loves animals and knows how to care for pets so well. She's great with my small dogs, but I've also seen her care for bigger dogs, and she's always very patient and dedicated to caring for them. She cares for all pets as if they were her own.
Mary Ann helped me out last minute when another dog sitter canceled. She kept me updated on how my dog, Jerry, was doing and made sure he had plenty of walks. She took very good care of him and I would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a dog sitter.

I have a fenced yard. I don’t keep my dog in a crate. When I go out, I fence off the kitchen and he remains in there with his food bowl, water bowl, bed, and chew toys. I also put on soothing music on my tv so I had something to listen to. Since my dog is very afraid of other dogs, I plan on leaving him at home while I taking care of your dog or dogs.

It would be important for me to know if the dog has special needs and needs to be given any prescribed or over the counter medications. I am willing to do it as long as I’m shown how to give your dog the best care.
A typical day
I live near the Dunedin causeway and love to take my dog there before sunset to enjoy a nice long walk and watch/listen to the waves.
