I don't even know where to begin. Marwa is the absolute best! I'm in the process of relocating to KC for work and staying at a hotel downtown until my house is ready. She agreed (last minute) to stay with Lulu at the hotel my first two days of work, which was a lifesaver because I had decided that taking Lulu to a daycare would be too much for her right now. Lulu has had a stressful month with moving and traveling - lots of new surroundings and people. I was surprised and SO thrilled that she IMMEDIATELY ran to greet Marwa like an old friend the first time we met her. Marwa stayed in constant contact and sent me pictures both days, and the best part was seeing how happy and comfortable Lulu always looked with her. She also paid attention to Lulu's behavior and brought her back to the quiet of the room when she could tell that one of their walks was more stressful than fun due to construction, noise, and traffic. Marwa's incredibly in tune to pups and you can immediately tell she genuinely cares about their comfort and happiness, plus she's just such a warm, comfortable, lovely person to be around. I truly could not have asked for a better sitter for Lulu. I highly, highly recommend Marwa - Lulu and I can't wait to see her again!

I would give Marwa negative stars if that was an option. This app made me pick at least one star. I dropped Joe, my dog off with Marwa on Friday at 5:40 pm. I received a call from my neighbor on Saturday at 6:38am (almost 12 hours after dropping Joe off with Marwa) to let me know she had my dog, Joe. I was very disappointed with how Marwa handled this situation. I sent her 5 text messages from 6:42 am - 7:04 am to inform her that my neighbor had Joe with no reply. I called Marwa at 7:05am twice, at 7:06 am, and 7:07 am with no answer. I sent Marwa another text at 8:59am stating, My neighbor is going to keep Joe until we get home. I will need to get his things from you when we get back in town. I received a call from Marwa at 9:02 am. Marwa stated she just woke up, she couldn’t find Joe, and then she saw all of my messages. She said she left her window cracked for her cat and Joe must of gotten out through that window. I asked her which window. Marwa stated, in the sunroom. I stated, that is a long fall. Marwa then stated, I just woke up. I was asleep. I don’t know what time he got out. I didn’t hear anything. He opened the window and jumped out it in my living room. Marwa was laughing during the entire conversation. Marwa offered to take Joe’s things to my neighbors house. I told Marwa, No I will pick Joe’s things up. I do not want to inconvenience my neighbors with more. She has dogs and is feeding Joe. my neighbor stated a lady found Joe in the middle of the road at 6am in the dark 4 blocks West of my house. Marwa lives 2.5 miles from me, an 50 minute walk without stopping. Luckily Joe did not get hit by a car. The lady saw my address on Joe’s tag and came to my house with Joe. My neighbor was going to work and saw a lady at my door with Joe. When I arrived at Marwa’s to pick-up Joe’s things I asked Marwa to show me where Joe got out. Marwa showed me a window in her sunroom. Marwa stated, Joe opened this window, pushed threw the screen, and jumped out. There was not anything near this window for Joe to get up to the window when I dropped Joe off or when I picked up his things. Joe is a beagle and could not get to a window 4 feet off of the ground. If Joe would have jumped from the window Marwa stated he jumped from he would have injured himself. This is at least a 6 foot fall. I do not feel Marwa was honest with me regarding what happened. Joe has never escaped or been lost prior to his stay with Marwa. Marwa did not follow my care plan as directed. Marwa stated, I will either be outside with Joe or watching him when he is outside. Joe will not be outside without being watched. This incident could have been prevented if doors and windows were closed & secured. I would advise anyone with an animal in their home to ensure all doors and all windows are closed and secured for the animals safety. When someone is paying you to watch their animal it is your responsibility to keep that animal safe. It is unfair to the animal to neglect them while in your care. Joe is a very easy dog to watch. I am very disappointed with Marwa and Rover . This is the first time I used Rover’s services and I will never use this service again. This was an awful and avoidable circumstance .
