Pet care experience
I would love to host your dog friendly dog in my home for daycare or overnight stay. Your dog will be well cared for in a clean, pet friendly home on 1/2 acre with a fenced backyard. During their stay your dog will be treated as part of our family. As a dog owner myself, I fully understand the importance of making sure your dog feels safe, secure, and loved during their time away from you. Our home is pet friendly and your dog will be allowed on the furniture and bed during their stay. Your dog will never be left alone, and I will provide you with daily updates and photos of your dogs stay. I have had dogs all of my life and over the years I have cared for numerous dogs for friends, neighbors, and family. I currently own a Jack Russell Terrier rescue named Scout. Scout suffers from a seizure disorder requiring daily medication. I have experience administering medications and caring for dogs with special needs. Looking forward to meeting you and your dog! PLEASE NOTE: In order to give each dog the best of care I limit the number of dogs I accept. I am currently full for daycare and am only accepting returning clients for short term boarding requests. Please feel free to contact me for consideration with new boarding requests of 10 nights or longer. Dogs must be non agressive and current on their vaccinations and flea control treatments. Marvis was just AMAZING! We left our 9 month old pug, Luna with her for ten days. It was Luna’s first time being away from the family and we were anxious about leaving her. But after meeting Marvis, we felt so comfortable leaving our baby with her. Marvis was professional, attentive, organized and most importantly very kind. She sent us lots of photographs and a detailed daily update. Luna was busy, stimulated, safe and happy. We are SO thankful for the care Marvis gave Luna. We were able to have a guilt free, relaxed vacation! Most of all Luna had a super fun vacation of her own!!!
Marvis is simply amazing. Our puppy was in her care for ten days while we were on vacation. He was loved and exceptionally cared for by Marvis. He enjoyed night time snuggles on the sofa and happily played with his new doggie friends all day long in her beautiful backyard. Our dog is a picky eater, so Marvis took extra care to make sure he was eating during our time away. Our puppy had a vacation of his own. We are so grateful.
Marvis is wonderful! She devotes herself to the dogs in her care and responds to their individual needs. Our pup had so much fun on his visit I’m not sure he wanted to come home.
We have been bringing our Cavalier King Charles Puppy to Marvis since the first month that we had her. Our puppy, Lady, absolutely loves the days she goes to daycare to hang out with Marvis and her dog pals. We feel great trusting Marvis with our little Lady. She provides us with daily updates and is very transparent in her communication. We can see from the daily pictures, videos and Instagram posts that Lady is well-taken care. Marvis really helps facilitate the socialization of the dogs and has attended to specific needs Lady has had come up like when she has gotten sick. We've used Marvis for both daycare and boarding and are so thankful we've found her. We've had a great experience trusting Lady with our local dog whisperer and would highly recommend her to anyone interested!
