Pet care experience
I have a lot of experience with senior dogs, I have given insulin to a cat, had multiple dogs with bad backs, I can give pills. I don’t mind any special needs. I have a cat who does not mind dogs at all. I have been a dog sitter for many people in the past prior to using Rover. There are no children in the house.

Martina is great! Howie had a wonderful time
Martina puts the needs of her doggies on equal footing as her own. She plans her days and evenings around making sure that her dog’s needs are met and that he’s comfortable. Martina’s love for her animal family is apparent in the way that she talks to them and interacts with them. I could never doubt that she loves dogs and treats them respectfully. She’s the first person I think of when someone has a question about dogs or is looking for help with their dogs. Martina will be an excellent caregiver for doggies!
Martina is a great dog sitter! She knows how to deal with my very old, very mean chihuahua and my very hyper, very funny toy poodle. She keeps in contact with me while I’m away and sends tons of pictures and the dogs come back happy and loved.
Martina loves the company of dogs. She has either owned her own dog, fostered and/or adopted several dogs since I have known her (about 7 years). She cares for an older dachsund right now, who can be a handful since he is old and has daily issues. Her patience is commendable. Martina loves having other dogs around to walk, snuggle with, and feed and care for. Elderly dogs are her most favorite, but she loves them all as if they were her own.

I prefer smaller dogs, but may be willing to accept a larger, calm dog. I would like to know what your dogs normal routine is like, what makes them comfortable, how they are with people or other dogs when walking on the street. I like to know if they can have treats, if they like to play, if they tend to get into things, chew things and if they are potty trained.
A typical day
I live close to Ft McHenry and Latrobe park. Lots of grassy areas for dogs to explore. We can go for multiple walks every day, play with toys, or just chill.

Availability
I currently work from home so your dog would rarely be alone and get plenty of potty breaks. I haven’t been sitting for a few years because I adopted an older dog that didn’t get along with other dogs, but she recently passed and now there are no dogs in the house. I’d love to spend some time with other people’s doggies!
